How Do I Set Up My Infinity Lamp?
Setting up your Infinity Lamp is quick and easy using the LuvLink App. Download the app, tap + Add Device, create or join a group, then follow the on-screen prompts. Your lamp will cycle through colours to show you what's happening at each stage. The whole process takes just a few minutes.
What's in the Infinity Range?
The Infinity Range comes in two variants:
- Infinity Lamp — all the core features.
- Infinity Voice Lamp — everything above, plus the ability to record and send voice messages.
Voice messaging is exclusive to the Infinity Voice model, but both lamps work together seamlessly. You can also group them with Classic Friendship Lamps, Modern Lamps (Cube, Tower, Cylinder, and House), and Pulse Lamps — mix and match however suits you.
Step 1: Download the LuvLink App
Download the LuvLink App from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
Once installed, open the app and tap + Add Device.
- Choose Create a new Group if you're starting from scratch.
- Choose Connect to an existing Group and carefully enter your GroupID if you're joining a group that's already set up.
Step 2: Follow the on-screen prompts
The app will walk you through each step of the setup.
While this is happening, your Infinity Lamp will cycle through different colours to show you exactly what's going on.
What do the lamp colours mean?
| Colour | What it means |
|---|---|
| Blue | Turning on and connecting |
| Dim Red | Setup mode — ready to configure |
| Dim Orange | Connecting to Wi-Fi but not yet connected to the Internet |
| Purple | Downloading a software update |
| Yellow | Waiting for approval from the Group Admin |
| Green | All set and ready to use! |
A few helpful tips
- Make sure your smartphone is connected to the Wi-Fi network you want your lamp to use.
- If you're joining an existing group, wait for the Group Admin to approve your device.
- Let any updates finish completely before using the lamp — this keeps everything running smoothly.
