How Do I Go Back to Setup Mode?
Reconnecting to a new Wi-Fi network, or troubleshooting a connection? You'll need to put your lamp back into setup mode, shown by a dim red glow. The steps depend on your lamp model — here's each one.
Classic and Modern Lamps (Cube, Tower, Cylinder, Home)
Hold down the top sensor plate and keep holding it for about 3–5 minutes, or until the lamp turns dim red. The lamp cycles through a few colours before settling on dim red, which means it's back in setup mode.
Infinity and Infinity Voice Lamps
- Find the reset pinhole underneath the lamp.
- Insert a pin into it. The lamp shows a rainbow colour, then turns dim red when it's done.
If neither method works
- Unplug the lamp.
- Turn off your router's Wi-Fi for 10 seconds.
- Restart the router.
- Plug the lamp back in.
The lamp should turn blue and then dim red, which means it's in Wi-Fi setup mode.
Once it's dim red
Open the LuvLink App on your phone and start the setup. There are separate setup guides for the different lamp types to help you finish connecting.
