How to cancel an order
Changed your mind about an order? Contact us as soon as possible, select Order Inquiry as the inquiry type, and include your order number in the message. If we can find your order before it ships, we'll cancel it and process a refund for you straight away.

We aim to ship orders as soon as possible, so time matters here. The sooner you reach out, the better the chance we can catch your order before it goes out.
What to include in your message
Select Order Inquiry as the inquiry type and include your order number in the details.
Your order number is in the confirmation email you received when you placed your order. Check your spam or junk folder if you can't find it in your inbox.
If you don't have your order number, send us the email address and full name you used when purchasing, and we should be able to track down your order.
If your order has already been processed
If your order has already been processed, we won't be able to cancel it. We can, however, give you all the information you need to return your item within the 30-day return window.
