How to Connect the Frame to a Captive Portal
Your LuvLink Digital Photo Frame needs Wi-Fi to receive photos and videos. On public networks — airports, cafés, hotels, workplaces, nursing homes, or assisted living facilities — you'll often meet a captive portal (the log-in page that appears before you can use the connection). Your frame can handle these, but only on unsecured networks. Here's how to get through one.
How to connect through a captive portal
- Open the Wi-Fi settings menu on your frame.
- Choose the network with the captive portal. (Captive portal log-in only works on unsecured networks.)
- Once connected, tap the Web Login button in the upper right corner of the screen (see the screenshot below).
- A small browser window opens — enter your log-in credentials there.
- When you've entered the required information, the browser closes on its own. That means the connection has been established successfully.

That's it — your frame is online and ready to receive photos and videos from the people you love.
