How To Prepare Videos for Import From SD Card
From Frameo version 1.10.15 onwards, you can import videos from an external micro SD card into your LuvLink Digital Photo Frame. To import successfully, your video files need to meet a few requirements — here's what to check and how to fix a video that doesn't fit.
Requirements for importing videos
The limits depend on how much RAM your frame has. To check, go to Settings > About.
512 MB RAM:
- Video format: .mp4 or .3gp
- Max bitrate: 10 Mbps
- Max resolution: 720p (1280 × 720)
1+ GB RAM:
- Video format: .mp4 or .3gp
- Max bitrate: 100 Mbps
- Max resolution: 1080p (1920 × 1080)

Transcoding a video to match the limits
If your video is too large or in the wrong format, you can transcode (convert) it to fit. Free tools that work on Windows, Mac, and Linux include Open Source Video Transcoder and HandBrake.

Video importing is still in an experimental stage, so you may run into the odd bug or issue. If you hit a problem, contact support.
