How to Share Friend Code From the App

A Friend Code is how you invite someone new to connect to your Digital Photo Frame. To share one from the Frameo app, you need to be set as an administrator of the frame. Open the app, go to Connected frames, and tap the red share icon next to your frame's name. A Friend Code will appear — it's valid for 12 hours — and you can then send it to anyone you'd like to connect.

The quickest way to share

Most people take a photo of the Friend Code — either from their frame's screen or from the app — and send it by text, email, or social media. Simple and fast.

Share the code directly from the app

If you'd rather send the code itself without taking a photo, you can do it straight from the Frameo app. You must be an administrator of the frame to do this.

1. Open the Frameo app on your phone.
2. Go to Connected frames.
3. Tap the red share icon next to the name of your frame, or tap the frame's name itself.
4. Your Friend Code will appear — it's valid for 12 hours. Share it with whoever you'd like to connect to your frame.

Once you or a friend are set as an administrator, you can create and share codes from the app whenever you need to. That's all there is to it — a quick tap and someone new can join your frame.
