My frame isn’t showing all my photos
If it looks like some photos are missing from your frame, don't worry — they're almost certainly there. Your frame plays through your whole photo library one image at a time rather than showing them all at once, so newly sent photos appear when the rotation reaches them; they don't jump to the front.
What to check
- Give it time. Let the frame cycle through until it reaches your newly sent photos.
- Check your Wi-Fi. Make sure the frame is connected so it can receive new photos.
- Confirm they were delivered. Open the Frameo app and check that the photos show as "delivered."
