Looking for a copy of your invoice? The good news is you already have it — it's sent to you by email. Here's exactly where to look.

Your invoice is in your confirmation email

Your invoice is sent by email as soon as your order is confirmed. When your Friendship Lamp ships, we send you an email with your invoice included.

If you ordered a gift, the invoice isn't placed in the physical package — so there's no need to worry about the recipient seeing the price.

Can't find the email?

• Check your spam or junk folders. Confirmation emails often land there.
• If you didn't provide an email address when ordering, your confirmation may have been sent to your phone number instead.
