We have a local store for several regions, and how quickly your order arrives depends on which store you ordered from — so find your store below. We also ship internationally to most countries. All timeframes are in business days and begin once your order has been dispatched.
United States

- Standard delivery: 3–7 business days.
- Express: Available at checkout — typically 2–4 business days once your order is dispatched.
- Shipping cost: Free standard shipping on Friendship, Infinity and Pulse Lamps (no minimum). On the Modern range and the frames, standard shipping is calculated at checkout from your address.
- Dispatch: We aim to pack and dispatch your order within a business day or two.
Australia
Order from www.luvlink.com.au.
- Dispatch: Order before 2pm AEST/AEDT on a business day and it leaves our Sydney warehouse the same day — otherwise it ships the next business day.
- Standard delivery: 2–4 business days, and often around 2 days in metro areas.
- Express: A faster option is available at checkout.
- Shipping cost: Free standard shipping Australia-wide, with no minimum spend.
Canada

- Standard delivery: 3–7 business days.
- Express: Available at checkout where offered.
- Shipping cost: Free standard shipping on Friendship Lamps (no minimum). Everything else is calculated at checkout from your address.
- Dispatch: We aim to pack and dispatch your order within a business day or two.

Ordering from outside these regions
We ship internationally to most countries. If your country isn't listed above, you can still order from any of our stores — the US store, www.luvlink.com, ships worldwide.
- Delivery: typically 7–30 business days, depending on your destination and local customs.
- Please check your local carrier's international service alerts before ordering.
Tracking your order
You'll receive a tracking link in your order-confirmation email. You can follow your parcel with the carrier handling it — USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL eCommerce or Australia Post, depending on your destination.
Delays
During peak seasons, carriers handle very high parcel volumes, and severe weather or other disruptions can add a day or two. Public holidays are not counted in the estimates above.
