Waiting on a refund? Here's what happens once your return reaches us, and roughly how long the money takes to land.

The timeline

Once your return reaches us and has been checked, we process the refund.
From there it usually takes a few business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

If it's taking too long

If it's been longer than that and you haven't seen it, send us your order number and we'll chase it up.
