Screen Flickers

A sudden power interruption — like being unplugged mid-use, a power outage, or a power surge — can cause your LuvLink Digital Photo Frame to flicker, show horizontal lines, or freeze. It's usually easy to fix. Work through the two steps below and that should sort it out.

Step 1: Reboot and unplug the frame

1. If you can, turn the frame off from the screen menu first.
2. Unplug both ends of the power cord — from the frame and from the wall outlet.
3. Wait 30 seconds, then plug it back in.

Step 2: Try another power adapter

The issue can also come from the power adapter itself. If you have another identical power adapter handy, swap it in and see whether the flickering stops.
