LuvLink Frame does not connect to WiFi
If your WiFi is visible but your Digital Photo Frame won't connect to it, the most likely causes are an incorrect password or an unsupported WiFi encryption type. Work through the steps below in order and you should be up and running quickly.
Reboot your router and modem
Your network equipment can get into a bad state over time.
- Turn off your router, modem, and any access points.
- Leave them off for 10 seconds.
- Turn them back on.
Reboot the frame
A quick restart clears up a lot of small issues.
Tap the power button in the quick menu to shut the frame down. Do not unplug it while it is still on.
Double-check your password
It's easy to mistype a password, especially a long one.
Press the icon shown below, next to the password field — it lets you see the password as you type so you can check it for accuracy.

Check your WiFi encryption type
Your Digital Photo Frame works best with WPA2 encryption.
Enterprise encryption and WPA3 are not currently supported. If your network uses one of those, reach out to your Internet Service Provider or someone tech-savvy to help you switch the encryption setting.

- WiFi not showing up at all? Take a look at Wi-Fi Does Not Show Up on Frame.
- Frame connects but shows "No internet" or "Unknown" under Connection status? Have a read of No Internet or Unknown Internet.
- Using a captive portal (a public, work, or guest WiFi that asks you to log in through a web page)? Check out How to Connect the Frame to a Captive Portal.
